Add support for multiple column sets
I'd like to have either different column sets for each filter or for each issue type.
We use JIRA to track support issues (data management), release tickets, new/enhanced features, and defects. Each has a slightly different set of relevant columns. I'd like some way to have sets of columns that can be applied to particular filters.

Inappropriate?Hm, that is a tricky one. Would it be enough to save the last configuration on a per filter basis? So the next time you used that filter, the configuration would be restored.

Inappropriate?That would solve the cases I have in mind. It might be problematic for someone who didn't want to manage them separately, though. They wouldn't want to have to reapply the same changes to lots of filters if they now care about a new column or don't care about one, etc... -
