Limit visibility
It should be possible to limit the visibility of worklog entries to a project role. This can be configurable on an application level. All our developers report their time an limit the visibility to the role developer.

Inappropriate?Hi Uwe, thanks for the suggestion. I will be releasing this in a beta soonish!
-
Sounds good -can you give a rough impression what soonish stands for? -
Hi Uwe, this is planned for beta this coming Monday. -
Inappropriate? In my testing, JIRA stil tells you exactly what the aggregate time spent is even if it doesn't show you the worklogs. Would you mind telling me, process wise, why you need this feature?
By the way, I have implemented it already so that is not the problem. I'm just trying to understand why you need this.
I’m happy that the feature is implemented but trying hard to understand why it is needed :-)
