Refresh issues automatically in background at given interval - notify of new issues
I'd like the list of issues to be auto-refreshed in the background at a configurable interval. Today, i get an e-mail notification that says that i've been assigned a new issue, then i have to switch to wla and press the update button.. I'd like the list to be updated in the background and have wla notify mee when new issues enter the current filter.

The company has this under consideration.

Inappropriate?I'll have to give this some thought. The earlier versions of WLA used to do this but when the list of issues got too large, it got in the way.
Thanks for the idea! -
Inappropriate?I usually set up my filters so that they contain aprox 10 - 30 issues. I don't know if this is considered a "large" number of issues or how many issues people tend to return from their filters.

Inappropriate?Well, to give a little perspective, I once got an email from a user saying that WLA was taking too long to load a filter of 17 thousand issues...
I'm not saying that this won't be implemented of course, just that I have to take all the users into account when doing it :-) -
Inappropriate?I also add my vote to this idea! It should be simple to add a flag to choose if we want automatic notifications or not (it could also be implemented as "set 0 as refresh time to avoid automatic refresh and notifications").
I think this should satisfy all users, don't you?
I’m confident

Inappropriate? Thanks for your comment Xavier. An option is definitely one of the possibilities but I am trying to stay away from more options for now.
