start/stop timer via keyboard shortcuts when minimized
I find myself wanting to ditch the mouse and just use my keyboard. It would be great if i could somehow set up keyboard shortcuts when WLA is minimized to the taskbar to auto start/stop the time on the selected Jira bug.
It would be fine with me if this was some sort of 'easter egg' too! :) Konami code anyone?

Inappropriate? This has been requested before in email as well :-)
I'm trying to figure out what is the best way to do this. When the global shortcut is triggered, ideally there should be some feedback to let you know that something happened. What should the feedback be? A system tray message? A dialog box? Ideas? -
Inappropriate?i think it would be fine to use a bubble like you have already for the tracking time/not tracking time message..
since you would be adding something, you would want it to be as unobtrusive as possible right? and since you're already using those bubbles, it seems to make sense..?
on the mac, you can use growl.. :-D

Inappropriate?Ok, we're getting somewhere! How about this:
* A global shortcut to toggle the timer on the current issue -> system tray message/growl (should already use growl, though there are some issues!)
* A global shortcut to hide/show main WLA window -> When this is activated, main window pops up with the focus on the issues list.
What do you think? I think this would make things a lot easier for me as well! -
Inappropriate?Alrighty, I'll see what I can do. This gives me an excuse to use a new library :-)
