Status change, when Time Tracking starts
If you start the time tracking yin WLA, the status of the Jira Ticket should change automatically to "In Progress". If you stopt time tracking or start time tracking of another issue, the stauts should chage automatically again. The Best wolud be, if you can choose the status changes yourself.

Inappropriate?I've been thinking about this as well. I like the idea. Should we "Stop progress" when we stop tracking?

Inappropriate?normally, yes I think. But some customers may have there own status. We for example use a status "Progress paused", so it would be better for us to change to status "Progress paused" than to "closed". So it would be better to choose that in the settings of WLA.

Inappropriate?There are a number of things that might be reasonable on "start work", such as "assign the issue to me and execute the "Check Out" action.
I can envision a rules engine, like a mail client has, that lets you define things to do on stop/start work.
If starting work on ticket type of sub-task and state is dev backlog then assign to me and execute the check out transition
If stopping work on any ticket type and state is checked out and time remaining is 0 then exeucte the work completed transition -

Inappropriate?I see this is implemented for some time now, at least I see the progress starting when selecting an issue for time tracking. However, as I often have bad network connections when travelling, that makes for quite a long lag on switching tasks because each time there goes a request to Jira.
Would it be possible to have a switch in the preferences to enable/disable this feature?
