submitting pending worklogs
I would like to submit pending worklogs 1 at a time rather than all at once

Inappropriate?Hey, sorry for the delay in responding. I did not see this response.
I'm not too hot on the check box idea because it doesn't seem like something you would decide on until you are ready to submit. Also, a check-box is an annoying click-target for me :-)
Currently, I am considering a "Publish selected worklogs" button so you can select multiple worklogs and submit them.
What do you think about that? -
Inappropriate?definitely! my experience so far has been that I'm not exactly sure where to click on the worklogs so i don't edit their values, hence a checkbox (i'm also thinking web as that's my profession :) ).
The other thing i've experienced (not related to this issue, so maybe I should submit another bug) is I cannot use my keyboard to delete pending worklog items. bug or not implemented yet?

You should have to double-click before editing any of the work log fields. Are you not finding that to be the case?
As for using your keyboard to delete pending worklog items, this is not implemented yet. If you want to create a separate item for it, that would be very much appreciated. -

Actually, the last time I manually edited a worklog entry was when I was testing. Mostly I never need to touch it so I'm going to make myself believe that you are the same :-)

Inappropriate?I too would like the Publish Worklogs feature to allow me to choose which Worklog to Publish. Before I check in a ticket, I want to publish the work I have done. But I don't always want to publish other work at that time. -
Inappropriate?Updating to planned. The current plan is to implement a push button beside each issue (in the pending worklogs tab) to submit that issue's worklogs. Now that the worklogs are grouped by issue, this use case will be much more natural.
