View on Issues tab
some of the issues on my issues tab are one line tall and some (althought they only show one line of text) are 10 lines tall. Is this by design? How can I make them all consistent?

This can happen if the "Description" column is visible (the description wraps). Can you reset the columns by going to Application->Configuration and click "Reset table column states" in the Application section?
